All such accounts are subject to immediate closure and the forfeiture of any balances.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must keep your Account details current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. QK888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at the address in Section 17 if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach affecting your Account.
Accounts may be denominated in the currency available at the time of registration. All Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) amount references on the Platform are provided for contextual familiarity. You are responsible for confirming the operating currency of your Account before making any deposit.
QK888 operates KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the requirements of the licence jurisdiction under which the Platform operates. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. QK888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, without prior notice, and to request additional documentation as required. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or counterfeit documents will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals of real-money funds are available once your Account has passed KYC verification and all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds have been satisfied. QK888 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to payment methods previously used for deposits on your Account, subject to availability.

If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, QK888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to the Account balance, subject to prior notice to your registered email address. Balances reduced to zero as a result of dormancy fees may not be recoverable. Full dormancy policy terms are available on request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QK888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if QK888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
QK888's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude QK888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Platform Availability: QK888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. QK888 is not liable for losses directly attributable to Platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
QK888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, QK888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QK888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the applicable licence jurisdiction.
Pakistani users acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani laws may have independent application to their activities. QK888 does not represent that its licence jurisdiction's law supersedes Pakistani domestic law for users accessing the Platform from Pakistan. Users assume full legal responsibility for their participation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
